Lawrence Francis is a vocalist and songwriter based in the UK and has been producing music for the last 25 years.

His first album A Distant Like was recorded in 1999 and featured many of the UKs best jazz musicians. This album was very much influenced  by the music of Gil Scott Heron, Terry Callier and Jon Lucien .
